All fees include GST. Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

EAP & health insurance funding
EAP or health insurance funding must be pre-approved by your provider before booking. Approved sessions are fully funded, subject to your funding entitlement.

Funding & Eligibility
Clients accessing counselling through these providers must have funding pre-approval before booking. The number of funded sessions and eligibility requirements depend on the individual provider and approved funding arrangements.
